The National Bioethics Commission, following the request of the Speaker of the Parliament (ref. No 3154/07.10.2002), held a meeting on October 11th 2002 in order to examine the ethical and social issues, falling within its competence in accordance with article 10 of the Law 2667/1998, raised by the draft bill on "Medically Assisted Human Reproduction".
